Shipping times are dependent on the country but we aim for delivery within 5 working days.

UK delivery takes 1-3 Working Days.
EU delivery takes up to 5 Working Days.
US delivery takes up to 7 Working Days.

Yes, we ship internationally to almost every country. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. SolidDesign is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help.
There’s an estimated delivery date on your order confirmation email.
If your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services, you can check your parcel’s progress.
You can check whether your order has been sent using a trackable service by logging into ‘my account’ and viewing your most recent orders. If your order status shows ‘track this order’ then click the link and you’ll be directed to the tracking page. If the status shows ‘shipped’ then your order has not been sent with a trackable delivery service on this occasion and is due to be delivered by your local postal service.
As your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service, we ask that you allow a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays.

If you’ve still not received your parcel after allowing a few extra days, then please get in touch with us letting us know your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
